Board of Directors |
The CoESS Board of Directors is composed of the President of each CoESS Working Committee, of the members of the Executive Committee, of a maximum of one representative of the active members, of a maximum of two designated representatives of member companies (if applicable), of (a) representative(s) of a member constituted by a group of companies (if applicable) and of ad-hoc members (if applicable).
The CoESS Board of Directors manages the Confederation within the scope of its competences granted by the CoESS General Assembly. It has all powers necessary to execute its tasks with the exception of the powers which are reserved for the CoESS General Assembly by the present Statutes or by law.
France, Germany, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom always reserve the right to be represented in the CoESS Board of Directors.
